“From Bedroom to Boardroom”. Ben Towers has been called “one of the UK’s most exciting entrepreneurs” by Sir Richard Branson.
Last year Ben Towers topped The Times Super Teen Power List and he was named KEiBA young entrepreneur of the year too.
Ben Towers, 18, has just agreed a multi-million pound merger of the company he set up in his bedroom when he was just 11.
It’s called Tower Design and as part of the deal Ben will join the board of a communications and marketing company called Zest.
His digital design firm started as a way to earn a bit of extra cash, but seven years later it has 22 employees in Manchester, Kent and London, and a raft of major clients including Twitter and Pot Noodle.
Ben, from Gillingham, has been working on the merger for almost a year, and it’s thought the agreement will boost both Zest and Tower Design’s annual turnover by 50 per cent.
This isn’t the first time Ben has hit the headlines.
