Dilys Price OBE is the world’s oldest female sole skydiver, and receiver of Special Recognition Lifetime of Achievement Award at the Pride of Britain Awards 2017.
The 85 year old from Cardiff has completed over 1,100 jumps for charity.
At 85-years-old, Dilys Price currently holds the Guinness World Record as the Oldest Female Sky Diver and has raised tens of thousands of pounds.
In the late 90s, Dilys founded the Touch Trust to help people with autism and severe disabilities. Dilys has since stepped down from running the charity – but she continues to help fundraise and promote the work it does.
When you think of an 84 year old grandmother you think small, frail, cardigans and a shopping trolley. This is exactly the opposite to Dilys and what sets her apart from not only her age group, but other speakers too! With blonde hair and bright clothes (not forgetting the leather trousers) Dilys REALLY stands out from the crowd.
Dilys may be deemed ‘passed it’ by societies standards but she’s no ordinary Grandma. She has a larger than life attitude, an even bigger heart and a smile to make you melt.
Dilys founded the charity Touch Trust and made a world of difference to so many people and their lives, eventually being awarded an OBE for all she has done.
Dilys really does appeal to everyone. She not only has a brilliant business brain but can help you in life too; From building a better, happier life, to relaxing and living life to the full. There are no limits to this Super Grans abilities.
