We are a family-run leadership and management development business with more than 20 years’ experience. We work with businesses, charities and public service organisations that want to support their people while raising performance. Our approach is practical, warm and grounded in the real challenges managers face every day.
Our Liberating Leadership Programme gives managers tools to build trust, have better conversations, develop their teams and create a culture of high challenge and high support. Through team workshops and coaching, we help people work well together, navigate change and turn good intentions into everyday habits.
We also use Motivational Maps to help individuals and teams understand what drives them at work. That insight gives managers a more useful starting point for conversations about motivation, development and performance. We train and accredit coaches, HR professionals and learning specialists to use Motivational Maps in their own work.
Our founder, Susannah Brade-Waring, is the author of The Confident Manager, a practical guide for people who find themselves responsible for a team and want to do right by them. The book reflects what sits at the heart of Aspirin Business: helping managers bring the best out of people so that both people and organisations can flourish.
